Delivery in Singapore

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

  • Orders are packed within 2 working days.
  • Your order arrives within 3 to 7 working days, counted from the day it is confirmed.
  • You get an email when your order is confirmed, and another when it ships.

Timings can stretch during peak periods or if the courier runs late. We deliver to the address you give at checkout, so please double-check it before you pay.

Outside Singapore

We ship overseas too.

  • In the UK, order from our UK store at suhae.co.uk, priced in pounds.
  • In Australia, order from our Australian store at suhae.com.au, priced in Australian dollars.
  • Anywhere else, WhatsApp us at +65 8988 1336 and we will quote delivery to your country.

Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.

When your parcel arrives

Open it and check the product when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours.

Lifetime warranty

SUHAE shower hardware comes with a lifetime warranty on its functional parts.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects under normal home use. That includes faulty internal components, and parts that stop working properly because of a defect in the material or the workmanship. If we confirm a defect, we repair the product or replace the faulty part or unit.

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage, such as drops, knocks or cracks
  • Damage from incorrect installation or handling
  • Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic changes that do not affect how the product works
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Repairs or changes made by anyone other than SUHAE
  • Damage from fire, flooding or extreme conditions
  • Labour and transport costs for a repair or replacement
  • Filter cartridges such as the Vitae refill, which are made to be replaced every 2 to 3 months

How to make a claim

  1. WhatsApp us at +65 8988 1336 or email admin@suhae.sg with your order number.
  2. Send clear photos or a short video of the problem.
  3. We check it and get back to you.

If the design has been updated since you bought it, a replacement part may look slightly different from the original.

Good to know

  • Keep your receipt or order confirmation. We need proof of purchase for every claim.
  • The warranty covers products bought from SUHAE or an authorised SUHAE retailer.
  • It belongs to the original buyer and cannot be transferred.
