Fitting it
It goes where your rain head already is.

Unscrew the rain head you have.
It comes off the arm. In a normal replacement nothing is cut and no pipework is altered.

Load the Vitae™ cartridge.
Open the housing, drop the cartridge in, close it. Your first one is already in the box. This is the part you will come back to every two to three months.

Screw Aura on and run it.
Hand tight, then run it for thirty seconds. Most people notice the smell of the water before anything else.

It fits
This is exactly what Aura replaces.
Your existing rain head unscrews from the ceiling arm and Aura goes on in its place. A normal replacement needs no plumber and no new pipework.

A wall arm with a standard thread takes it too.
Aura screws onto the arm the same way. You will get the cascade lower and more forward than a ceiling mount, which some people prefer.
Not this one
A handpiece on a rail wants a handshower.
Aura is a fixed panel, so it will not sit in a cradle. Radiance is the flagship handshower at S$149 and Nourish is the same filtration in one finish at S$99.
Worth checking
Nothing is drilled, but a rain head is a landlord conversation.
Aura swaps onto the existing arm and the original head goes back on when you leave, so there is nothing to make good. It is a more visible change than a handshower, so if your tenancy is strict, ask first. The Vitae-Connector is the lighter-touch option: it goes between your arm and your existing rain head for S$69.90.

Is the pressure as strong as a handshower?
No, and it is not trying to be. A rain panel spreads water into a wide even cascade rather than concentrating it into a jet. If maximum directed pressure is what you are after, Radiance or Nourish will suit you better. If you want full-body coverage with the same Vitae™ cartridge, that is what Aura is for.
Does an overhead rain head still filter properly?
Yes. The water is treated as it passes through the system, whichever way it leaves. The format changes how the water lands on you, not what comes out of the cartridge.
Do I have to buy different refills for it?
No. Your first cartridge comes with the panel, and after that Aura takes the same Vitae™ refill as Radiance and Nourish at the same S$29.90. If you already own a SUHAE handshower, the refills in your cupboard fit this too.
Why is it more than the handshowers?
It is a larger piece of hardware with a much wider plate, and it is the only filtered format for a rain shower we make. S$249 against S$149 for Radiance.

Overhead rain heads are the one format that almost never comes filtered. Aura puts the filtration inside the panel itself.
MF filter
Sediment, not just chemistry.
A microfibre filter sits alongside the cartridge and catches sediment and fine impurities before the water reaches the plate. Between the two, Aura deals with what is dissolved in the water and what is floating in it.
Vitae™ Infusion
Vitamin C does the work.
25,000mg of ascorbic acid neutralises chlorine on contact, the same chemistry used to dechlorinate water before it goes back into a waterway, alongside glycerin, milk extract and aloe vera. The same cartridge as Radiance and Nourish.
The panel
Full-body, not a directed jet.
A wide plate spreads the water into an even cascade that covers your shoulders and back rather than one spot at a time. It is a different sensation from a handshower, and it is the reason people want a rain head in the first place.
Aura takes the same Vitae™ cartridge as the handshowers, so if you already own a SUHAE the refills you have will fit it.

PUB chlorinates on purpose, and it works.
The water that reaches your flat is safe to drink, and the residual chlorine is what keeps it that way the whole length of the pipe. We are not going to argue with that.
Safe to drink is not the same as optimal for ten minutes of daily skin contact.

What is the difference between Aura and the handshower models?
Radiance and Nourish are handheld shower heads. Aura is a wide overhead rain panel built for full-body coverage. Aura delivers the same Vitae™ Vitamin C infusion and the same chlorine removal as the handshowers, in a cascading format rather than a directed stream.
Does an overhead rain shower still filter chlorine effectively?
Yes. Aura uses the same Vitamin C cartridge as the rest of the range. Water is treated as it passes through the system, whether it leaves through a handheld nozzle or a wide overhead plate, so the format does not reduce filtration.
Will Aura fit my existing overhead shower arm?
Aura is built for standard overhead shower fittings, including most HDB and condominium setups in Singapore. If you are replacing an existing rain shower head, it normally needs no additional plumbing work. If your arm looks unusual, send us a photo on WhatsApp first.
Is Aura’s water pressure as strong as a handshower?
No, and it is built for something else. Aura gives a wide even cascade rather than a concentrated jet. If maximum directed pressure matters most to you, Radiance or Nourish will suit you better. If you want a full-body rainfall with the same Vitae™ cartridge, that is what Aura is for.
Do Aura and the handshowers use the same refill?
